工作职责：
- 协助网站编辑采写、摘译、编辑网上或杂志新闻；
- 采访业界专家，与编辑及兼职撰稿人共同开发中国原创内容；
- 进行网站内容开发、新栏目规划以及改进网站服务功能；
- 独立地策划、操作网站大型专题报道活动。
基本要求：
- 电子、通信、计算机相关专业本科或以上学历，三年以上电子行业或网站工作经验；
- 具有市场调研和分析、市场推广、记者、编辑或网络管理等相关经验者优先；
- 良好的中英文写作及沟通能力，熟练应用相关软件；
- 具有优秀的计划、执行、总结及管理能力；
- 头脑灵活、沟通能力强，具有团队合作和敬业精神。
Senior Online Production Coordinator (高级网站广告协调员)
工作职责：
- 向广告客户提供高质量的网络广告制作及发布服务，确保广告能够按时按质按量在网站上发布；
- 管理广告客户网络广告的执行情况和广告效果，提出合理建议，为客户提供最优质的服务；
- 协助相关人员完成网站广告报告和分析，帮助相关部门实现销售指标；
- 分析现有系统，提出合理改进网站广告系统的建议，完善网站广告规则及广告后台系统；
- 独立负责与客户及销售人员的沟通，解答与网站广告相关的疑问，解决客户需求及问题。
工作地点：
- 深圳
基本要求：
- 大专以上学历,具备1-2年网页或广告制作及客户服务经验；
- 具有良好的中英文读、写能力及数据分析能力；
- 熟悉运用Flash，Photoshop，ImageReady，Excel，Word等软件；
- 熟练运用HTML及网页编写技巧；
- 具有处理项目执行中的冲突或突发事件，并给出合理意见的能力；
- 成熟、独立、工作勤奋、有耐心、细致，思维敏捷、服务意识强，具有良好的沟通能力。
Product Executive
Assist the development, management and implementation of online products and services on www.iot-online.com.cn according to the needs of users and company’s strategic objectives. Provide supportive research, documentation, quality assurance testing and communication with various teams throughout the development of products and services; and, create and manage reports as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitor web site research and assessment / evaluation;
- Gather and document requirements from relevant stakeholders and teams;
- Co-ordinate development of mock-ups;
- Create and diagram workflows;
- Write test cases;
- Conduct user acceptance test for projects, site enhancements;
- Gather and document user feedback;
- Conduct post-launch analysis and testing;
- Conduct regular quality assurance tests for primary flows/scenarios/products;
- Initiate and coordinate fixes for any User Interface (UI) or programming errors found on the site.
Requirements:
- University degree is a MUST;
- 1 year experience in an online environment preferred;
- Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese, Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good at execution;
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across groups;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Team player; team attitude a MUST.
